I can now post that my sister has arrived home from her second tour in Afghanistan. This one was a very short tour, but nonetheless she was there again.
She didn’t like this one as much as the other. The American’s have moved in, in force. She said the base was at least three times the size than it was during her first tour. Too many people & too much traffic she said.
Toni is an amazing woman. All of her life she had to work hard & fight for everything. It took her two years just to be able to go on her first tour. She’s a much stronger person than I, & a lot of other people I know. I love & respect her very much & I am proud to be able to say that she is my SISTER.
Please continue to pray for & support all of our military, especially those who are in harm’s way.
